Youngblood, Tyler & Associates, P.C. is currently seeking a CAD Technician – Land Surveying to join our Mechanicsville, VA office.
Salary Range: $42,000 – $62,000
Actual salary will be based on skills & experience
Responsibilities and Skills should include:
- 1 year AutoCAD land surveying experience (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred)
- Experience with Carlson surveying software (preferred)
- Proficient in CAD concepts such as Xref, paper space, surfaces and other standard CAD concepts
- Familiar with construction plan requirements such as layouts, profiles, topographic information, details, etc.
- Knowledge of basic land surveying terms and concepts (preferred)
- Familiar with Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to meet project schedule deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
