With over 30 years of experience in multi phased residential development, Anne is known for finding creative solutions to difficult situations. She enjoys taking a project from conceptual layouts through design, approval, construction and ultimately the enjoyment of the residents.
With projects spread from Bacova to Wyndham to Kings Dominion and into Charter Colony – if you are from Central Virginia – you have most likely taken a drive over one of Anne’s many designed roads or rode past a planned community.
When Anne isn’t overseeing the company’s business matters, teaching Engineers in Training or in a county meeting – you will find her relaxing on a beach with a mystery book in hand or you may find her putting together a jigsaw puzzle while watching some College Football! Go Hokies!!!
With close to 40 years of experience in surveying – there is no challenge that Keith cannot overcome! From managing the Survey Department to quality control and preparing estimates – he is always astute and instills his desire for accuracy throughout the company. He enjoys seeing the changes in technology over the years which has increased our accuracy levels and improved efficiencies in getting jobs completed faster!
With projects such as Wyndham & Twin Hickory in Henrico County, Mosaic @ West Creek in Goochland County and Charter Colony in Chesterfield, Keith has been involved in surveying projects throughout Central Virginia.
When Keith isn’t working you will find him relaxing on a boat and doing a bit of fishing with family and friends or spending quality time with his wife at the lake!
Growing up in the family construction business inspired Andrew to become a Civil Engineer, now with over 20 years of experience. He is known for always being ON THE GO! Whether to meet with new clients, get hands on at the job site or develop new opportunities for the company.
He enjoys working with developers to turn their vision for a project into reality. He also enjoys interacting with the numerous people that are involved in getting a project completed…from conception to design and construction – Andrew likes to be involved in each phase! With projects such as the Bacova development in Henrico, Reed Marsh & Rural Hill on the James in Goochland, the Village at Swift Creek in Chesterfield and Meadow Grove in Powhatan, Andrew has experience with many localities.
