Youngblood, Tyler & Associates, P.C. is currently seeking a Civil Project Engineer II / III (Land Development) to work in our Mechanicsville, VA office.
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000
Actual salary will be based on skills & experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:
- Perform engineering site plan and subdivision design using relevant software and Civil 3D technology
- Complete engineering, stormwater, drainage and utility calculations for constructions plans in accordance with applicable standards
- Work to complete design details and plan sets for commercial and residential projects
- Obtain plan approval from required government agencies
- Project management
- Complete engineering feasibility studies
- Communicate with client, review agencies, and internal staff
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Virginia Professional Engineering Licensure preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in Civil Engineering Land Development Design
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Legally eligible to work in the Unites States
