Located in Henrico County, VA Bacova is 135-acre multi-use project including single family homes, apartments, and office space. Design included extensive sanitary sewer with a crossing at I-64, and a four-lane collector road with a complex intersection involving an elementary school access. Our powerful creativity for facing such challenges as designing around a Virginia Power transmission line which runs throughout the property, a creek with flood plain, a Resource Protection area and a Resource Management area is widely demonstrated within this project.
