We were able to show off our knowledge of Goochland and our flexibility by working with a design team to plan the overall design, development and construction management of this 380-car facility located on 10 acres in Hadensville, VA. The design mastered challenges such as a concession stand and restrooms being served by a well and drain field system to having “tiered” parking so that each aisle of cars was slightly higher than the previous aisle in order to maximize the viewing experience!
