This two-phase project located in the western part of Henrico County, consisting of 200 single family homes and 110 townhomes, allowed us to exhibit our knowledge of planning, engineering design, surveying, construction staking, working with the county and within the community. The change in stormwater regulations between Phase I and Phase II highlighted our abilities to adapt and resulted in working with Henrico’s County Engineers to develop a Master Stormwater Plan!
