Located in Eastern Goochland off Route 288, Mosaic at West Creek is a 500-unit, age restricted project including both single family and townhome lots. The site is situated along Tuckahoe Creek which brought with it some challenging design parameters such as floodplain studies, multiple road creek crossings, a truck line sewer and lots graded to the unique specifications of the ultimate homebuyer. Thoughtfully designed, we worked with HHHunt Communities and their contractors to add multiple amenities including an indoor/outdoor gathering spot with gardens, fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, dog parks, pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts and miles of walking trails and sidewalks.
