Richmond BizSense released an article on October 5th, 2023, covering a condominium plan set to be built in Western Henrico, on the corner of Pemberton Road & North Mayland Drive. The 55 and older community will cost an estimated $80 Million to build and will include 264 units spaced within 12 different buildings. While a general contractor has yet to be named, Youngblood, Tyler, and Associates, P.C. has been working closely with developers to handle all of the engineering for this project.
